Executive Director, USS Massachusetts Memorial, closes 15 January
The USS Massachusetts Memorial (Battleship Cove) in Fall River, MA, is
seeking an Executive Director. Substantial organizational and
administrative experience will be needed for this executive position.
Responsibilities include all day to day operations, development and
implementation of imaginative marketing programs, coordination of
ongoing programs and management of a $2.7 million budget.
This position requires strong financial, educational, and interpersonal
skills background. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated
effectiveness in written and oral communications as these traits are
essential. Entrepreneurial skills in developing new revenue streams are
desired. Familiarity with current business technology is important (eg:
Peachtree accounting, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
The successful candidate must have the ability to work with non profit
corporations and private sector agencies. A military background is
preferred.
