EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Marine Scientist in our Hunt Valley, MD location. The successful candidate will be integrated into an existing team of marine scientists currently pursuing and executing a wide range of multidisciplinary projects and programs for a variety of federal, state, and commercial clients.  These projects may include (but not limited to) sediment coring and sampling, topographic and bathymetric surveys, marine geophysical and remote sensing surveys, as well as underwater cultural resource, ecotoxicological benthic community, fisheries, and water quality assessments.

In addition, the successful candidate is expected to develop study plans, field reports, technical memoranda, as well as other internal and public-facing documents.  These work products will be related to CERCLA, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), environmental permitting, and compliance projects.  Duties will include assuming a lead role in field sampling and survey efforts, followed by the performance of broad ranging data assessment, analysis, and reporting activities.
