NOAA Diving

The NOAA Diving Program is still looking for one more dive training specialist to join our team in Seattle!

Our training specialists, also called NOAA Diving Center (NDC) instructors, train new NOAA divers at our three week courses, perform NOAA mission support on NOAA vessels, conduct diving operations in various locations, and more!

Previous training specialists have had some combination of the following: current diver/ divemaster certifications from a recognized diver certifying agency, experience or credentials in scientific diving, experience training new divers, and a positive mental attitude. You must be legally allowed to work in the United States in order to apply.
