The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), has a requirement for a study titled “Of National Significance: The Gulf’s 19th-Century Shipwrecks”. The primary purpose of this requirement is to assist BOEM in preparing the materials to nominate twelve (12) 19th-century shipwrecks to the National Register of Historic Places. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is thirty-six (36) months from date of award.
