MSA requires qualified personnel and equipment to provide safe boat trips to islands and remote shoreline locations in or on the Columbia River in support of the Cultural and Historical Resource Protection (CHRP) program.
The Buyer requires a Subcontractor to provide a 9-passenger boat and qualified boat captain on an as needed basis for half day and up to full day one-day trips to various islands within the Columbia River in the Hanford Reach and/or to access remote locations along the shorelines of the Columbia River bordering the Hanford Facility. At least one trip but up to three separate trips may be necessary annually.
