Duties consist primarily of underwater archaeological monitoring, excavation,and recording of submerged cultural resources in coastal and inland waters of Ireland. Expected to travel extensively and engage in diving operations.
The successful candidate should have
Degree in Underwater Archaeology or equivalent.
HSE/HSA recognized diving qualification
A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial underwater archaeology
Clean and valid driving licence with own transport
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for programmes of work
Excellent report writing skills
