This position is responsible for assisting with the conservation of archaeological objects in the collections of the Florida Division of Historical Resources maintained by the Bureau of Archaeological Research. These collections comprise of artifacts recovered from submerged and terrestrial sites across Florida, representing over 12,000 years of history. A successful candidate will conduct joint and independent conservation projects on a range of different object types and mediums, as well as assist with laboratory administration.
