The Case Coordinator assists with all active cases within the laboratory system.  Maintains and updates laboratory databases, evidence tracking, laboratory test results, and forensic identifications.  Reports yearly metrics for the DPAA laboratory system.  Reviews and suggests revisions to the identification case file and/or enclosed reports produced by the laboratory and affiliated components for accuracy, cross-reporting agreement, and concordance with DPAA SOPs, Style Guides, and Desk Guides.  Ensures that laboratory cases that reach completion are closed in accordance with the DPAA laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
