A research fellow is required to assist on a Leverhulme Trust funded research project. The successful candidate will assist in maritime archaeological research and teaching within the Centre for Maritime Archaeology. The main duties will include:
- GIS based modelling of prehistoric activity.
- Fieldwork and diving under HSE regulations.
- Writing of journal articles.
Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
