The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) is recruiting for a full-time Archaeologist to join the Historic Ships team within the Heritage Directorate.
Based in Portsmouth, this is an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the team caring for HMS Victory. The Archaeologist (HMS Victory) will record and manage the data relating to the ship’s construction, refit and on-going conservation. The individual will also aid in developing our historic understanding of the ship and assist in informing decisions for future conservation.
