Maritime Archaeology Data Archive

I have just advertised a new fellowship on the ForSEAdiscovery Project. I am looking for an early stage researcher who has completed their masters in the last 4 years, has not spent more than 12 months in the last 3 years in the UK, and would be interested in spending 18 months developing the digital data archives for the project. The successful candidate would not be enrolled on a PhD program – this should be seen as a good career development opportunity for an early stage, pre-doctoral researcher.

I am looking to fill the post very soon in May so the call is very short. Please bring this to the attention of any potentially suitable former students, colleagues etc.

Further details are advertised on the Euraxess website: http://ec.europa.eu/euraxess/index.cfm/jobs/jobDetails/34071847

Candidates should also download the application form, job description and person specification at http://www.uwtsd.ac.uk/research/phd-study/phd-scholarships-in-nautical-archaeology-and-shipbuilding/

Many thanks for your help

Nigel
