Pacific Islands/Maritime Archaeologist
Engineering-Environmental Management, Inc. (e²M) is seeking a Principal Investigator/Project Manager for Guam.
We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a graduate degree in anthropology with a focus in archaeology to lead and manage surveying, testing, and data recovery projects in Micronesia and the Pacific Rim. Preferred candidate will have experience in island or maritime archaeology. The selected candidate will additionally have experience managing budgets, a proven track record of completing archaeological research, supervisory experience, and a demonstrated ability to complete high quality cultural resource management reports. This person may also participate in fieldwork, survey, testing, data recovery, monitoring and site evaluations. Analytical, writing, review and technical editing skills are a must. Candidate will be expected to develop and manage an interdisciplinary, educated and experienced cultural resource staff committed to timely and knowledgeable investigation and report writing.
