We are seeking an Interim Executive Director (IED) to join our team to stand in for a 10-month Maternity leave for the current Executive Director. As an organization, we have navigated a lot of change and growth in the past few years. We are looking for a person who can help us consolidate and stabilize the organization as well as the new relationships and systems we’ve built.
The IED will ensure the operational needs of the MMBC will be properly supported, including Human Resources, Finance, Fundraising, and Marketing. We are seeking someone to keep the MMBC on track. The IED will benefit from our ongoing policies and procedures, a recently revised Employee Manual, and current strategic plan (2022-25), and the 2024-25 operating plan.
