The Marine Archaeologist’s primary job functions are interpreting high-resolution remotely sensed survey data, providing data for map generation, technical writing of data results and findings, and aiding Geologists and Geophysicists with project deliverables (maps, files, and reports) in support of client’s underwater engineering projects. The Marine Archaeologist will receive job/task instruction and will be required to follow standard practices and procedures under direct supervision, yet requires self-motivation and self-oversight. Work is reviewed by Supervisors and Project Managers. This position is based in Houston, Texas.
