The Universty of Lyon II offers post-doctoral grants (6 to 12 months) to young researchers who have defended their PhD in the past 3 years. Within this programme, we are looking for candidates wishing to participate to the NAVIGOCORPUS, a ANR- programme (Agence Nationale de la Recherche) aiming to create a relational d-base on merchant shipping (17th-19th c.). Candidates should be familiar with shipping, trade and sources of this period. An experience in d-bases is a plus. The post-doc fellow will reside in Lyon and work full-time in this programme, in close collaboration with the members of the LAHRHA (Lyon II University) taking part into the programme.
